Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Developers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Design, develop, and maintain .NET-based applications, including web UI and backend services.
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices to support scalable system architecture.
- Develop and optimize data access using SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., Cosmos DB).
- Deploy and manage applications in cloud environments using Azure services.
- Ensure application reliability through performance tuning, monitoring, troubleshooting, and production support.
Minimum Qualifications

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
6–10 years of experience in software development using .NET technologies, with strong experience in building web applications, APIs, microservices, and cloud-based solutions.

|
Technical Skills
|
Experience with .NET, C#, Blazor, REST APIs, Microservices, Azure Functions, Azure Cosmos DB, SQL, NoSQL, Docker, Cloud Computing (Azure), CI/CD, API Development, Performance Tuning, Application Development,Troubleshooting, Production Support.

|
Business / Domain Skills
|
Experience with Enterprise Application Development, Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), System Integration, Production Support, Incident Management, Requirements Analysis, IT Operations Support, Agile Development Practices.
|
|
Communication
|
Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
|
|
Documentation
|
Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
|
|
Work Authorization
|
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud platforms (preferably Azure or similar environments)
- Exposure to microservices-based architecture and distributed systems
