Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Generative AI Engineer with 10+ years of software engineering experience and 3+ years of hands-on Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) expertise. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-scale AI-powered applications, intelligent automation platforms, AI agents, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions. This role requires deep expertise in LLM frameworks, cloud platforms, vector databases, and MLOps best practices to build next-generation AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade Generative AI applications.
Build, optimize, and maintain Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
Develop AI agents and workflow automation systems.
Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) with enterprise applications and APIs.
Evaluate model performance and continuously improve response quality and accuracy.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to deliver AI-driven solutions.
Implement AI governance, security, compliance, and responsible AI standards.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize AI applications in production environments.
Develop scalable microservices-based AI architectures.
Stay current with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.
Required Skills:
10+ years of Software Engineering experience
3+ years of hands-on Generative AI / LLM experience
Strong proficiency in Python
Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Gemini, or similar LLM platforms
Expertise in LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or AI orchestration frameworks
Strong experience building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions
Experience with vector databases including:
Expertise in Prompt Engineering and LLM Evaluation Techniques
Experience with REST APIs and Microservices Architecture
Cloud platform experience with:
Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL Databases
Experience with:
Familiarity with Machine Learning and MLOps Best Practices
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience fine-tuning open-source LLMs such as:
Experience with AI Agents and Multi-Agent Systems
Knowledge of AI Governance, AI Security, and Responsible AI Practices
Experience with Azure OpenAI Service or AWS Bedrock
Exposure to Data Engineering and enterprise-scale AI deployments
Master's Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field
