Summary

Job Title: AI-Native Staff Engineer
Contract Duration: 6 Months

Required Qualifications

  • Strong experience in software engineering and production application development.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, or equivalent.
  • Strong programming experience with Java.
  • Experience designing and developing APIs, backend services, and application components.
  • Strong knowledge of database design, SQL, and relational databases such as Oracle and PostgreSQL.
  • Experience reviewing, debugging, testing, and optimizing AI-generated code.
  • Understanding of software architecture, clean code principles, application security, and performance optimization.
  • Experience with automated testing, code reviews, debugging, and software development best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and provide technical guidance within a small engineering team.
