Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support Agile teams and Agile Release Trains (ARTs) within a large enterprise SAFe environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating Agile ceremonies, driving continuous improvement, removing impediments, and enabling high-performing teams aligned with Lean-Agile principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams operating within a SAFe environment.
• Promote Agile principles, self-organization, continuous improvement, and high-performing team dynamics.
• Facilitate Scrum and SAFe ceremonies including Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt Sessions.
• Partner closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to maximize delivery value and maintain ART alignment.
• Remove impediments and help resolve team conflicts through servant leadership and collaboration.
• Ensure transparency and visibility using Agile metrics, dashboards, and information radiators.
• Support dependency management, Release on Demand, and cross-team coordination across the ART ecosystem
• Foster a culture of accountability, trust, innovation, and relentless improvement.
• Support enterprise-wide SAFe adoption and collaborate with SAFe Practice Consultants (SPCs) and Communities of Practice (CoPs).
• Represent the team during ART-level events and collaborate with additional Agile teams as required.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master within a large enterprise environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise with: Jira Software, Confluence, FigJam, Jira Align, AgilityInsights.
• SAFe 6.0 Scrum Master Certification (Required).
• Excellent verbal, written, facilitation, and presentation communication skills.
