Job Description:

Create development strategies and processes to standardize development practices across the Division daily as assigned by the Department
Manage team performance, provide mentorship, and handle resource allocation daily as assigned by the Department
Ensure regular and transparent communication with executive leadership daily as assigned by the Department
Project planning, organization, and implementation, work breakdown structures, scheduling, and control on a weekly basis as assigned by the Department.
Project control processes, procedures, and change control on a weekly basis as assigned by the Department.

Required Skills:

minimum of twenty years of experience with object-oriented development techniques and managing project teams.
minimum of twenty years of experience Web application server system administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning
minimum of twenty years of experience with data reporting and dashboards to meet user-defined requirements
minimum of twenty years of experience in change management best practices, serving in a code promotion role in partnership with development team
minimum of twenty years of experience with Source Control systems such as Visual Studio Team Services or Team Foundation Server or Azure DevOps
PMP Certification Required.
