Sr. Administrative Assistant

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support teams at Nutanix in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex calendar scheduling, including coordinating meetings across multiple time zones
• Arrange travel logistics (domestic and international) including flights, accommodations, and itineraries
• Prepare and process expense reports in a timely manner
• Coordinate meetings, team events, and offsite activities
• Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
• Draft, format, and edit documents, presentations, and reports
• Maintain organized filing systems and documentation
• Support office management tasks as needed
• Assist with onboarding coordination and administrative processes
• Handle ad hoc administrative projects and assignments

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent calendar management and scheduling skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• High level of professionalism and discretion

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting senior leadership or multiple stakeholders
• Experience in a technology or corporate environment
• Familiarity with expense management and travel booking tools
