UAT Project Manager (BEC4)

Start Date: ~2 weeks after offer

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced UAT Project Manager to support a large, regulatory-driven initiative focused on integrating business-owned technology solutions into centralized enterprise platforms. This role will lead enterprise-wide User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts, partnering with multiple business groups, technology teams, and governance functions.

The ideal candidate has experience in large banking environments, especially on data-heavy, test-driven programs, and ideally has supported lines of business. Familiarity with HOGAN and CORNERSTONE systems is highly beneficial.

This position requires strong leadership, structured execution, and the ability to unify complex testing efforts-including consolidation across 30+ applications and 300+ unique test suites.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional planning, coordination, and execution of UAT and integration activities.
  • Manage end-to-end testing schedules, milestones, environments, and deliverables.
  • Drive alignment between business, technology, and enterprise partners.
  • Identify, track, and mitigate risks related to test data, test environments, and testing dependencies.
  • Monitor and report progress, issues, readiness, and overall UAT status to leadership.
  • Facilitate triage and escalation processes (non-hands-on technical resolution).
  • Ensure adherence to internal governance requirements and regulatory expectations.
  • Support development of unified testing solutions across multiple applications and business groups.
  • Provide guidance and thought leadership to junior project and execution staff.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years in Technical Project Management, Business Execution, Strategy/Management Consulting, or Business Operations (or equivalent experience through work, training, military, or education).
  • Demonstrated experience managing UAT, system integration, or large-scale technology testing initiatives.
  • Recent experience working in test-driven, data-rich environments.
  • Background supporting large banking organizations; Wells Fargo experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of test data management and test environment dependencies.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex workstreams in fast-paced, regulated environments.
  • Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Project).
Preferred Qualifications
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or related project management certifications.
  • Experience with enterprise integration programs and complex data ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with HOGAN and CORNERSTONE banking systems.
  • Knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
