Description: Our client is currently seeking a SAP Functional Consultant.
The RoleAs an SAP S/4HANA Functional Consultant within our SAP Center of Excellence, you'll be the bridge between business needs and system capabilities. You'll own end-to-end functional design, configuration, and support across SAP modules - using SAP Activate methodology to drive fit-gap analysis, specs, and testing on both implementation and ongoing enhancement projects.
This is a hands-on role with real impact: you'll work closely with stakeholders, ABAP developers, and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that are scalable, compliant, and aligned with enterprise goals.
What You'll Do - Translate business requirements into functional specifications and SAP S/4HANA configurations
- Lead fit-gap analysis, functional design, and integration testing across end-to-end processes
- Develop RICEFW specs and partner with development and integration teams on delivery
- Execute unit testing, coordinate UAT, and manage defect resolution
- Provide post-go-live support including incident management and root cause analysis
- Maintain documentation for configuration, process flows, and functional designs (ITIL-aligned)
- Deliver end-user training and create supporting materials
- Contribute to release management, transport coordination, and change control
- Monitor SAP roadmap and release updates to surface enhancement opportunities
- Collaborate with COE, PMO, and technical teams on project planning and governance
What You Bring - 3+ years of hands-on SAP functional experience (configuration and support)
- Solid understanding of SAP business processes and integration points
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Fiori applications
- Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and ITIL service management
- Strong communication skills and comfort engaging business stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
Nice to Have - SAP module certification
- Experience on SAP implementation or rollout projects
- Exposure to Agile or hybrid delivery models
- Familiarity with SAP Cloud ALM or Solution Manager
- Background in manufacturing, distribution, or similar industries
