Title: OCM Project Manager

Location: The role is remote but will require travel must be local to CA.

****Looking for a Senior OCM Project Manager who has experience helping healthcare organizations navigate large-scale IT and EHR/EMR implementations. Must be PMP and OCM certified.

Must Haves (no exceptions)

7+ years of progressively responsible project management experience.
4+ years serving as a Senior Project Manager leading large, complex IT projects.
Bachelor's degree.
Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI.
Current Organizational Change Management (OCM) certification.
Experience applying Prosci Organizational Change Management methodology.
Healthcare Organizational Change Management experience.
Experience supporting large-scale Electronic Health Record (EHR/EMR) implementations or other healthcare IT modernization initiatives.
Strong written, verbal, and stakeholder communication skills.
Proven consulting experience, including partnering with system integrators, executive sponsors, and cross-functional project teams.
Experience developing and executing change management strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, communication plans, organizational readiness assessments, training strategies, and change adoption metrics.

Highly preferred:

Background or education in Organizational Psychology.
Experience supporting enterprise, multi-site healthcare organizations.
State government experience.
