Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to support a large-scale healthcare program and lead PMO operations, project portfolio management, and cross-functional project delivery.

Required Experience:

16+ years of overall professional experience.
16+ years of Business Analysis experience.
16+ years of requirements gathering and documentation.
16+ years of SDLC experience.
16+ years of MS Office and PowerPoint.
10+ years of project management methodologies and tools.
10+ years of stakeholder and cross-functional team management.
4+ years of healthcare industry experience, preferably in LTC programs, healthcare operations, or state/federal healthcare projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage project scope, schedules, risks, issues, and dependencies.
Lead PMO processes and project portfolio management.
Coordinate business and technical stakeholders.
Manage integrated project schedules and deliverables.
Drive project execution, governance, and executive reporting.
Ensure CMS and FNS compliance requirements are met.
Lead business readiness, change management, and process improvements.
Manage complex projects and guide other project managers.

Education: Bachelor's degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience.

PMP certification is highly preferred.
