Job Details

Lead and manage international tax compliance and consulting engagements for multinational clients
Review and oversee preparation of Forms 5471, 5472, 8858, 8865, 1118, 8992 (GILTI), 8993 (FDII), and related international filings
Advise on Subpart F, GILTI, FDII, BEAT, foreign tax credits, and transfer pricing considerations
Support cross-border structuring, inbound and outbound planning, and transaction analysis
Research and interpret evolving U.S. international tax law and OECD Pillar Two developments
Manage engagement budgets, timelines, and client deliverables
Coach, train, and review the work of staff and senior associates
Build and maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities to expand services
Collaborate with domestic tax, state and local, and transfer pricing colleagues on integrated solutions
Contribute to business development, proposals, and thought leadership
