Description
We are looking for an experienced Sales and Data Operations Manager to lead and optimize our sales and systems operations in Dallas, Texas. This dynamic role combines technical expertise with a strong focus on sales operations, enabling our organization to achieve greater efficiency and productivity. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive approach, identifying and resolving challenges while developing scalable systems to support business growth.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily sales operations, ensuring systems, processes, and reporting function seamlessly.
Collaborate with sales leadership to refine workflows, improve pipeline visibility, and enhance forecasting accuracy.
Administer Salesforce, designing and maintaining objects, workflows, validation rules, and integrations.
Identify and resolve data inconsistencies and system bottlenecks before they escalate.
Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable system designs.
Develop and maintain data models to support analytics, reporting, and operational efficiency.
Create dashboards, forecasts, and performance reports using advanced Excel techniques such as pivot tables and Power Query.
Provide actionable insights to leadership based on data trends and performance metrics.
Document processes and establish standards for data governance and system operations.
Support ad hoc reporting and conduct deep-dive analyses to inform decision-making
Requirements
3-7+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or business systems roles.
Proficiency in Salesforce administration, including configuration and integration; certifications are a plus.
Strong knowledge of data modeling, relational databases, and systems design.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and complex formulas.
Proven ability to work independently and solve problems proactively.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders.
Highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
