Description
We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Edina, Minnesota. This role involves overseeing strategic marketing initiatives while managing day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns and platform transitions. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in marketing automation tools and a data-driven mindset to optimize engagement and system performance.
Responsibilities:
Lead the migration of marketing assets and data to a new automation platform, ensuring consistent performance throughout the process.
Develop and execute A/B testing strategies to enhance audience engagement and campaign effectiveness.
Manage comprehensive analytics, including tracking open rates, deliverability metrics, and other key performance indicators.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing goals and implement technical improvements.
Monitor and troubleshoot automation workflows, proactively addressing deliverability or logic issues.
Drive strategic improvements to optimize system health and campaign outcomes.
Provide hands-on management of tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and other CRM platforms.
Ensure data continuity across marketing operations during transitions and upgrades.
Support the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, aligning with overall business objectives.
Requirements
Extensive experience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Marketo.
Proficiency in managing email campaigns, Google Analytics, and CRM platforms.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and apply insights to improve marketing performance.
Proven ability to adapt quickly to new workflows and tools.
Solid understanding of email marketing strategies and deliverability best practices.
Experience in successfully navigating platform migrations is a strong advantage.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues effectively.
