ERP/CRM Consultant

Description

We are looking for an experienced ERP/CRM Consultant to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Oak Brook, Illinois. In this role, you will lead the implementation and optimization of Oracle Cloud solutions, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with business objectives. This position offers an excellent opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive impactful improvements in financial and operational systems.

Responsibilities:
Oversee the full lifecycle of Oracle Cloud solution delivery, including scoping, implementation, and post-deployment support.
Design and implement advanced planning frameworks, incorporating forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis across key financial areas.
Enhance financial consolidation processes by optimizing workflows for intercompany transactions and currency adjustments.
Develop automated solutions for account reconciliation, ensuring compliance and streamlining transaction matching workflows.
Establish and maintain metadata governance models and implement automated data management strategies.
Facilitate efficient data integration across enterprise platforms using advanced pipelines and Oracle Cloud capabilities.
Provide mentorship and guidance to cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and effective governance.
Act as a key liaison with finance leadership to ensure alignment with organizational goals and successful adoption of Oracle initiatives.
Drive user engagement and training to maximize the effectiveness of implemented solutions.

Requirements

At least 10 years of experience implementing and managing Oracle Cloud solutions, with expertise in planning, budgeting, consolidation, and reconciliation.
Strong technical and functional knowledge across Oracle modules, including planning, budgeting, and financial management.
Oracle Cloud certification, such as Enterprise Planning Management Implementation Essentials.
Proven ability to design integrated solutions that span multiple Oracle functions and technologies.
Track record of driving user adoption and process improvements in large-scale enterprise environments.
Deep understanding of financial operations, systems, and business analysis.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
Willingness to work fully onsite in Oak Brook, Illinois.
