Description of Project
Minnesota Information Technology Services (MNIT) is partnering with agencies to deliver innovative, user-friendly, and secure Power Platform solutions that streamline workflows and improve data integration across the department. Contracted resources will play a vital role in modernizing and enhancing the department’s digital tools and processes by designing, developing, and implementing custom Power Platform solutions. The resources will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, design solutions, and ensure the successful deployment of applications that align with the department's operational and strategic goals. The team will be given a set of tasks to complete in intervals as each product progresses towards production launch.
MNIT is seeking vendors who have the capacity to provide multiple consultants who satisfy the resource needs listed below. MNIT is seeking vendors who can provide these resources both onshore and offshore. All offshore work must be completed during standard onshore hours.
The need for resources is expected to vary throughout the contract. The vendors will need to be able to quickly increase the number of resources when required and be willing to reduce the number of resources based on MNIT’s needs. Additionally, MNIT is looking to collaborate with the selected vendors in the management of those resources and outreach to stakeholders regarding project milestones. Vendor will need to identify a main contact who will oversee the resources placed.
Vendors must be able to provide resources that meet the qualifications listed in the Buyer Attachment. Individual resources being provided will be memorialized using a work request document that will define the resource being provided, the qualifications, and the sample tasks. Each work request documents the individual projects and will be signed by the vendor and the state.
Work environment timeline needs will vary by project and position.
Mode of Interview
The State will conduct interviews. The State reserves the right to remove a vendor from consideration if the vendor is unavailable for interview as requested by the State. Interviews will be held via Microsoft Teams. At a minimum, a company executive along with the resource who would oversee the resources placed under this contract must attend the interview.
