About the Role
We are seeking a highly capable Technical Program Manager to lead complex, high?impact programs within our emerging entertainment initiative—a major streaming collaboration with external partners. This role requires a strong blend of technical fluency, program leadership, and stakeholder management across multiple teams and executive levels.

Key Responsibilities

Program Leadership: Own and drive 2–3 major programs delivering critical features and capabilities for the platform.
Technical Fluency: Leverage mid?to?high technical understanding to engage effectively with engineering teams, interpret architectural discussions, and navigate code?base?level concepts (no hands?on development required).
Cross?Functional Alignment: Coordinate across multiple platforms, teams, and functional groups to ensure clarity, alignment, and timely execution.
Communication & Reporting: Deliver clear, timely, and accurate program updates, including risks, dependencies, mitigation plans, and executive?level communications.
Road mapping & Planning: Build and maintain program roadmaps, risk management plans, and milestone schedules across all workstreams.
Stakeholder Management: Engage with a wide range of internal and external partners, ensuring consistent communication and expectation alignment.
Proactive Execution: Actively seek out information, remove blockers, and anticipate program needs to maintain momentum.
Quarterly & Domain Planning: Lead or contribute to quarterly planning cycles and domain?level strategic planning activities.

Qualifications

Strong experience in technical program management or a related role.
Ability to understand and discuss concepts such as APIs, services, hosting environments, and high?level architectural patterns.
Proven success managing complex, multi?team programs with significant business impact.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Experience working with senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
Highly proactive, detail?oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast?paced environment.
