Job Description :-

Role Summary
- Lead development and delivery of Appian BPM solutions.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership and solution design.
- Work directly with US-based stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable Appian solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end Appian application development and delivery.
- Design and develop Appian components including SAIL, Process Models, Records, Reports, CDTs, Rules, and Constants.
- Define and enforce Appian development best practices and coding standards.
- Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Web APIs, databases, and external systems.
- Perform code reviews and ensure solution quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Drive application performance, optimization, scalability, and security.
- Mentor developers and provide technical guidance to the team.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and client discussions.
Required Skills:
- 6–8 years of IT experience with strong hands-on Appian expertise.
- Strong experience in:
- SAIL Interfaces
- Process Models
- Records & Reports
- CDTs, Rules, and Constants
- Appian optimization and performance tuning
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and Web API integrations.
- Good hands-on understanding of SQL and database concepts.
- Knowledge of system design, performance optimization, and scalability.
- Familiarity with CI/CD and basic DevOps practices.
Leadership & Client Skills:
- Experience leading/mentoring teams of 6–10 members.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work directly with US-based clients and drive technical discussions.
- Ability to take ownership and drive technical decisions.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- BFSI / FinTech / Banking domain experience strongly preferred, particularly experience with US financial-services clients.
- Appian Certified Senior Developer / L3 certification preferred.
- Prior US Onshore or client-facing experience is an advantage.
