Job Summary

STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking an Oracle Payroll Functional Consultant on behalf of our client in Remote. This role requires a highly skilled Oracle Payroll professional with expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll and Mexico Payroll localization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and supporting payroll solutions while ensuring compliance with Mexican payroll regulations and statutory requirements.

The consultant will collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT stakeholders to optimize payroll processes, troubleshoot issues, and support ongoing payroll operations within Oracle Fusion HCM.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, implement, and support Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll solutions.

• Manage payroll processing activities, including payroll setup, validation, and reconciliation.

• Configure payroll elements, balances, costing, and payroll calculations.

• Develop and maintain payroll-related Fast Formulas.

• Ensure compliance with Mexico payroll regulations and statutory reporting requirements.

• Support payroll testing, issue resolution, and production support activities.

• Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver effective payroll solutions.

• Participate in payroll implementations, system enhancements, and optimization initiatives.

• Analyze payroll-related issues and provide timely resolutions.

• Support payroll audits, reporting, and compliance processes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience with Oracle Payroll.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll.

• Strong experience with Oracle Payroll for Mexico Localization.

• Expertise in payroll configuration, payroll elements, balances, costing, and Fast Formulas.

• Solid understanding of payroll business processes and statutory compliance requirements.

• Experience supporting payroll implementations and production support environments.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in global or multi-country payroll environments.

• Knowledge of Oracle HCM integrations and related HCM modules.

• Experience with payroll testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and system deployments.

• Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll certification is a plus.

Mexico Payroll Expertise

Candidates should have hands-on experience supporting Mexico Payroll processes, including:

• ISR (Income Tax) calculations

• IMSS contributions

• INFONAVIT processing

• PTU (Profit Sharing)

• CFDI payroll reporting and compliance

• Mexican statutory payroll regulations and reporting requirements
