Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, implement, and support SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR) solutions.
- Analyze business requirements related to revenue recognition, revenue contracts, and performance obligations.
- Configure revenue recognition rules and accounting processes within SAP RAR.
- Support revenue contracts, contract modifications, performance obligations, and revenue recognition.
- Integrate SAP RAR with SAP S/4HANA, SAP FI, SAP SD, and other relevant systems.
- Support integration of sales orders, billing documents, contracts, invoices, and source-system data into SAP RAR.
- Troubleshoot SAP RAR functional, configuration, posting, and integration issues.
- Support functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing.
- Participate in requirements gathering, workshops, solution design, and functional discussions.
- Support data migration, reconciliation, and validation activities.
- Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scenarios, and process documentation.
- Collaborate with technical teams on interfaces, enhancements, reports, and integrations.
- Support production issues and provide root-cause analysis and corrective solutions.
- Work closely with Finance and Accounting teams to ensure accurate revenue recognition and reporting.
- Support SAP RAR enhancements, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
