Role: Prisma SDWAN subject matter expert

Location: Remote

Duration: Contract to Hire

Years Of Exp Required : 15+ Years

A high-level network & security expert (SME) who supports a large customer remotely and acts as a

trusted advisor for their SD-WAN and security environment.

• Own and support a large-scale Prisma SD-WAN deployment (5000+ devices)

• Clean up, optimize, and automate SD-WAN configurations

• Guide the customer on best practices, improvements, and security enhancements

• Work on networking + security areas like:

o BGP routing

o DNS security, malware analysis (WildFire)

o SSL/TLS decryption & API/security policies

• Act as a consultant + problem solver, not just an engineer

• Provide knowledge transfer to the customer team

Required Skills

· Prisma SD-WAN - ION/Cloudgenix

· BGP Routing

· Wildfire/Malware Analysis, DNS Security|

· SaaS Security (Inline CASB) SSL/TLS Decryption, Decryption Policy

· Cybersecurity concepts (CASB, DNS, Threat protection)

· Ability to:

· Handle large enterprise environments

· Communicate with clients (consultative mindset)

· Lead discussions and suggest improvements
