Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Offsite Ad Offerings & Partnerships to lead the strategy, roadmap, and partner ecosystem for offsite advertising solutions across programmatic and paid social channels, including influencer marketing. This role owns product innovation, scalable execution, and performance outcomes through strong platform partnerships and cross-functional collaboration.

Positioned at the intersection of product strategy, partnerships, and execution, this role will help shape the next phase of offsite advertising capabilities to support advertiser growth and overall media revenue objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Offsite Advertising Product & Roadmap Ownership

• Own the strategy and roadmap for offsite advertising offerings across programmatic and paid social channels (including influencer).

• Lead end-to-end ad product development, from discovery through launch and scaled adoption.

• Conduct customer, sales, market, operational, and financial discovery to inform product prioritization and go/no-go decisions.

• Develop clear product narratives, value propositions, use cases, pricing considerations, success metrics, and commercialization plans.

• Establish performance metrics and feedback loops to assess adoption, effectiveness, and ongoing roadmap evolution.

Platform Partnerships & Execution

• Own and manage key offsite advertising platform partnerships, including major programmatic and social platforms.

• Collaborate closely with platform and agency teams to ensure seamless activation, executional excellence, and consistent campaign delivery.

• Partner with optimization and measurement stakeholders to deliver best-in-class performance insights and optimization strategies.

• Ensure partner capabilities and platform enhancements align with product strategy and advertiser needs.

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Partner with Sales and Account Management to ensure offsite products are clearly positioned, sellable, and supported by strong go-to-market enablement.

• Collaborate with Product, IT, Audience, Measurement, and Operations teams to build scalable, integrated offsite advertising solutions.

• Drive cross-functional alignment to ensure timely delivery, operational readiness, and accountability for performance.

• Collaborate with owned media product leaders to support a holistic media roadmap.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in digital advertising, with hands-on execution experience and/or experience leading executional teams within agency or platform environments.

• Strong background in programmatic and/or paid social advertising.

• Experience managing platform relationships, including commercial negotiations, capability alignment, and joint planning.

• Proven ability to translate platform capabilities into scalable advertiser offerings and executional best practices.

• Demonstrated success working cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, Product, IT, and Measurement teams.

• Highly organized, execution-focused, and comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments.
