job summary:
Are you a visionary product leader who believes internal enterprise tools should be just as intuitive as top-tier consumer applications? A premier financial services organization is seeking a Senior Product Manager to completely revolutionize how their internal teams work. In this fully remote opportunity, you will apply a strict direct-to-consumer (B2C) product philosophy to build a state-of-the-art workflow command center for internal financial planners, investment experts, and customer experience teams. We are looking for an adaptable, forward-thinking builder who isn't constrained by legacy financial practices. We offer highly competitive compensation packages alongside comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage to keep you and your family healthy.
location: Telecommute
job type: Permanent
salary: $180,000 - 200,000 per year
work hours: 9am to 5pm
education: Bachelors
responsibilities:
Start your day by collaborating with a dedicated engineering team to architect and refine a new internal workflow command center, integrating member profiles, market data, and processing tools.
Conduct extensive user research with your "consumers"-internal financial planners, the investments team, and the customer experience team-to deeply understand their daily friction points.
Design and deploy intuitive, high-efficiency tools focused on tax management, investment guidance, and overall planner productivity.
Build and prioritize product roadmaps using a data-driven approach, estimating potential upside and securing buy-in from key cross-functional stakeholders.
Run sophisticated experiments and A/B tests to optimize internal workflows, treating employee efficiency and satisfaction with the same rigor as consumer conversion metrics.
Own the end-to-end execution of product requirements, from initial whiteboarding and scoping through launch and iterative refinement.
qualifications:
7 or more years of Product Management experience with a heavy emphasis on pure B2C consumer products (you must have a deep understanding of consumer psychology and be able to apply it to internal tooling).
A highly flexible, open-minded approach to product building; you must be willing to challenge deeply ingrained industry practices and avoid rigid, legacy finance methodologies.
Deep personal or professional interest in personal finance, financial products, and optimizing user workflows.
Strong analytical dexterity, with deep proficiency in data analysis, market research, and designing sophisticated experimentation methodologies.
A true builder's mindset with the ability to drive large cross-functional initiatives and collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work 100% remotely from anywhere in the United States.
