Job Description:

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:

  • 8-10 years of experience working on Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Sales process knowledge is required.
  • Hands-on experience with Dynamics CRM workflow, JavaScript, Plugin.
  • Microsoft power automate experience is most required.
  • Worked on Out-of-Box features like Business rules, Business Process flows and Synchronous Workflows.
  • Designed and customized MS Dynamics 365 forms and ribbons.
  • Customized MS Dynamics 365 form on Load, On Save status changes events with JavaScript and jQuery.
  • Created and developed MS Dynamics 365 custom web pages to plug into out-of-the-box MS CRM solution using HTML.
  • Created several plug-ins and workflows for enhancing the system and maintain data integrity.
  • Worked on HTML, CSS and XML.
  • Experienced in creating CRM sitemap and reasonable to handle deployments to the next environment using Azure Devops and Solution/Data Exports and Imports.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Sales process knowledge is required.
  • Perform analysis, design and implementation of CRM components.
  • Perform Deployment from lower environment to higher.
  • Analyzing the defects and their impact, proposing workaround solutions for issues.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills. Application Support and Development experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for incident fix and analysis.
  • Impact analyzation and RCA.
  • Escalates problems as necessary and provides timely status until resolved.
  • Monitor and respond, troubleshoot and resolve problems. Escalate to subject matter experts when required, utilizing established guide.
  • Attend daily and weekly meetings with Offshore and other stakeholders.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
