Description:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, computer engineering, system analysis, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
5+ years of experience in audio-visual implementations and/or videoconference network engineering with Cisco Telepresence infrastructure.
Experience with Cisco endpoints and infrastructure (Control Hub)
UC infrastructure (RingCentral)
Experience with Webex administration and other web/audio collaboration platforms and services, specifically Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
Strong infrastructure implementation and project deployment experience
Experience in supporting system migrations and experience with AMX and/or Crestron AV Control systems. Working knowledge of A/V concepts around audio and video signal types, routing, and cabling, including Production devices, i.e., Ross, Blackbox, Dante, Matrox.
Proven analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
Proven ability to drive successful results across multiple functional areas
Excellent interpersonal skills as well as proven written and oral communication skills, and the ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to help influence and work with others collaboratively and constructively. Highly self-motivated and directed.
Extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment globally
Well-versed in Desktop technologies (Windows 10, Macintosh, and Office 365), Collaboration technologies (WebEx, Teams, SharePoint, One Drive), Server Technologies and Network Technologies.
Good prioritization skills to balance key priorities.
Strong analysis and critical thinking skills.
