Pay Rate: $61 - $64Top Requirements:4+ years of Agile / Scrum Master experience supporting enterprise delivery initiatives.Demonstrated strength in Influential Leadership, Risk & Dependency Management, and Executive Escalation.Proven experience operating within Enterprise Agile Delivery environments while maintaining delivery accountability.Plusses:Strong experience navigating ambiguity and influencing without formal authority.Background working in highly regulated enterprise environments with governance and compliance considerations.Ability to partner effectively with Product Owners, technology teams, and senior leaders.Job Summary:This Scrum Master 3 role supports moderately complex Agile initiatives with cross-functional and enterprise impact. The Scrum Master will provide strong leadership presence, proactively manage and escalate delivery risks, and serve as a trusted escalation partner to protect delivery commitments.
The role requires comfort operating in ambiguous situations, exercising sound judgment, and engaging the right stakeholders with fact-based communication. The Scrum Master will drive transparency, reinforce agile discipline, and ensure risks, dependencies, and impediments are identified and escalated early to minimize enterprise risk.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:- Facilitate Scrum and Agile delivery for teams supporting moderately complex projects, non-project work, and maintenance initiatives.
- Actively identify, assess, and escalate delivery risks and cross-team dependencies early within sprint or planning horizons.
- Drive resolution of impediments by influencing Product Owners, technology partners, and leaders through clear, actionable communication.
- Escalate issues with intent, context, and recommendations-providing leadership with options and trade-offs rather than simple awareness.
- Maintain strong leadership presence during Agile ceremonies and stakeholder engagements, confidently navigating difficult conversations.
- Optimize team velocity and flow through backlog refinement, WIP visibility, and dependency tracking.
- Partner with discipline managers to ensure adherence to governance policies, enterprise agile standards, and risk management expectations.
- Deliver capabilities using Agile practices while aligning with SDLC, release, security, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, program/project managers, peers, and leaders to communicate delivery status and resolve issues.
- Receive direction from leadership while exercising independent judgment and reinforcing accountability for delivery outcomes.
