Seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead enterprise technology and digital transformation initiatives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment. This role will manage multiple concurrent projects across business and IT teams, driving execution, stakeholder alignment, risk management, and successful delivery. The ideal candidate brings strong enterprise project management experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while leading cross-functional teams. Experience supporting cloud, enterprise applications, digital transformation, or large-scale technology initiatives is highly preferred. This is a fully onsite role based in Downtown Houston.

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead enterprise IT and digital transformation projects from initiation through delivery
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resource coordination
- Drive collaboration across business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and leadership
- Facilitate project meetings, status updates, executive reporting, and decision tracking
- Coordinate multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced enterprise environment
- Ensure business and technical requirements are aligned throughout project execution
- Identify and resolve project issues, risks, and roadblocks proactively
- Support cloud, enterprise application, infrastructure, and technology modernization initiatives
- Maintain project documentation including action items, risks, issues, and key decisions
- Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery approaches based on project needs
- Support continuous improvement of project management processes and delivery standards
- Build strong relationships across cross-functional teams and leadership groups
qualifications:
8+ years of enterprise IT project management experience
Experience managing multiple complex, concurrent technology projects
Strong business-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project delivery methodologies
Strong experience managing project schedules, risks, budgets, and dependencies
Experience supporting digital transformation, cloud, enterprise applications, or large-scale IT initiatives
Proficiency with MS Project, Azure DevOps (ADO/TFS), Microsoft Office, and Visio
Strong leadership, problem-solving, organizational, and facilitation skills
Bachelor's degree required
PMP certification preferred
Oil & gas or midstream industry experience is a plus
Must be able to work onsite in Downtown Houston five days per week
