Executive Marketing Coordinator

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in San Francisco, CA that is seeking an Executive Marketing Coordinator for a hybrid role.

Summary:
We're looking for someone based in the California (Bay Area), and who is highly organized, detail oriented, proactive, and eager to learn. They should be comfortable managing multiple moving pieces, have strong follow through, and demonstrate executive presence when working with senior stakeholders. From a background perspective, we are interested in candidates with experience in event execution, program coordination, operations, or project management. We are ideally looking for someone whose experience is more focused on driving programs and execution.

REQUIREMENTS:
* 3-4 years of experience in an Executive marketing, Executive Briefing, field marketing, ABP/Executive support, events, marketing, or executive coordination role
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adjust quickly to shifting priorities without losing accuracy or composure
* Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail - you catch things others miss
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with the confidence to interact professionally with executives and senior stakeholders
* Experience working with tools such as Salesforce, Google Workspace, and Slack
* A self-starter mindset - you don't wait to be told what to do next, and you take ownership of outcomes, not just tasks

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
