Kforce has a client that is seeking a Partner Marketing Manager - Scalable Programs in San Francisco, CA.
Overview:
We are hiring for the function of Partner Marketing Coordination. We are looking for a creative, results-oriented marketer to join our Partner Marketing team to focus on building joint marketing plans with strategic consulting partners, executing co-marketing campaigns and programs to drive customer acquisition and activation, and supporting partner growth.
This role requires a highly skilled marketer who can create and execute co-marketing initiatives with partners, with a focus on alignment and storytelling. You should have a proven track record in designing and managing partner marketing campaigns across multiple partner types and channels, with a strong emphasis on driving impactful commercial outcomes.
You will thrive in a cross-functional team environment and be adept at managing multiple internal and external stakeholders, all working towards a common goal. Your ability to build solid relationships and create effective sales plays will be crucial to our success.
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Integrating with Internal Marketing: Continuously align with regional marketers to ensure that partners are integrated into Client go-to-market initiatives, building overall sales alignment and operational effectiveness; Maintain regular alignment with event, executive and industry marketing teams to ensure partners are included across all Client initiatives
* Defining Success Metrics: Establishing clear priorities and closely monitoring success metrics for each named partner is essential for ensuring alignment with our overall Alliances and Channels (A&C) goals; This process involves working collaboratively with partners to identify specific, measurable outcomes that reflect both their business objectives and our strategic initiatives
REQUIREMENTS:
* 5-7+ years of relevant B2B Partner marketing experience in a SAAS/Tech Environment
* Experience working closely with Alliance and Channel partners to build joint marketing plans and execute marketing programs and campaigns that drive new customer acquisition and pipeline generation outcomes
* Experience shaping joint messaging and creating content with partners
* Demonstrated experience in measuring and improving the ROI of marketing investments through indirect business model leveraging partners
* Deep understanding of the user journey through a partner distribution channel and funnel, sales cycle and product lifecycle and their respective requirements on the partner marketing organization to drive attach and revenue
* A startup mentality with a bias to action and the ability to flex in a fast-paced environment
* Big picture thinking and meticulous attention to detail - you are able to quickly understand overall business objectives, build a well-aligned marketing strategy and drive yourself and your cross-functional partners towards execution
* Proven capability and effectiveness working collaboratively and cross functionally
* Excellent analytical skills and the ability to craft actionable insights from complex data
* Deep Experience building Scalable programs or Scalable Partner Programs
* Experience building "events in a box" or ad-hoc events to support smaller partners
* Has helped scale Partner Marketing programs in the past at Tech/SAAS Company
Proficiency in the below tools or comparable technology:
* Asana
* Highspot
* G Suite
* Anaplan for budgeting; Would like someone with budgeting experience
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
