Program Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Mountain View, CA that is seeking a Program Manager who will be supporting web operations and product launches (Surface/Windows/Copilot).

Responsibilities:
* Project manage delivery for product launches and campaigns, including workback schedules, dependency management, and launch readiness (QA, go/no-go) Coordinate stakeholder, cross-team, and vendor coordination for product launches, campaigns, and web projects
* Support rollout and administration of operational rigor through standardized processes, templates, SLAs, and launch playbooks
* Ensure quality, accessibility, privacy, and compliance standards are met through structured review cycles, issue tracking, and release governance processes

REQUIREMENTS:
* To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
* Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
* Skills: Project management (digital/web/marketing), agile methodology, CMS systems, project management tools (MS Project, Click Up), intake and ticketing systems, stakeholder management, cross-channel marketing campaigns
* Required Candidate Preparation: Candidates should have their experience and knowledge in project management, web processes, and stakeholder coordination prepared for discussion during the assessment

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
