Summary

Job Title: Senior Project Manager (W2 Only)

Required Skills

12+ years of IT Project Management experience.
Proven experience managing large-scale application development and infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
Experience with JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, and Azure DevOps.
Excellent stakeholder, vendor, and client management skills.
Experience in project planning, budgeting, risk management, and resource allocation.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including business, development, QA, and infrastructure teams.
Track project progress, identify risks/issues, and implement mitigation plans.
Provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to quality standards, governance, and compliance requirements.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and drive continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
PMP, Scrum Master (CSM/PSM), or Agile certification is preferred.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
