* Select and synthesize data based on decision needs, proactively identifying data gaps, limitations, and risks.
* Apply deep statistical and analytical judgment, critically evaluating assumptions, methodologies, and decision risk.
* Establish and uphold best practices for data quality, QA, documentation, and reproducibility; identify and correct issues before stakeholder delivery.
* Craft executive-ready narratives that translate complex analysis into clear implications, tradeoffs, and recommended actions.
* Serve as a trusted thought partner to senior marketing stakeholders, influencing strategy, prioritization, and investment decisions.
* Coach and mentor analysts on technical rigor, business framing, and effective data storytelling.
* Demonstrate a growth mindset by actively seeking and applying feedback, continuously strengthening analytical approaches, and testing/iterating on new methods to improve decision impact.
* Manage multiple strategic initiatives concurrently, setting realistic expectations and proactively communicating risks and dependencies.
