Below is a summary of the projects at immediate risk:
1. SpinSci – Screen Pop Support
This integration is essential for improving callcenter efficiency, enhancing patient experience, and reducing manual lookup time. Loss of support will stall optimization work and delay adoption across the organization.
2. Exercise Oncology – GrantFunded Project
This project is tied directly to grant deliverables and timelines. Failure to provide ongoing technical support could jeopardize compliance with grant requirements and affect future funding opportunities.
3. Decision Trees – MultiService Line Initiative
The decision tree work supports critical workflows across several service lines. These teams depend on rapid iteration, updates, and troubleshooting. A gap in support will result in workflow breakdowns, increased provider frustration, and operational slowdown.
4. Integrated Medicine – New Project Launch
A major project with new visit types and crossdepartmental workflows is scheduled to begin soon. Entering the launch phase without dedicated support will put the initiative at risk before it even starts.
5. Ambry Integration
This integration is essential for genetic testing workflows and downstream clinical decisionmaking. Lack of support will halt progress and push back timelines significantly.
6. Outbound Automation (SpinSci + New Workflow Development)
We are exploring new opportunities to increase outbound automation—an improvement that could significantly reduce manual labor and improve patient communication. Pausing momentum here means losing ground on a workflow automation initiative that has high ROI potential.
Responsible –

Plans and designs new computer systems or devises ways to apply existing systems resources to additional operations.
