Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Epic Consultant with strong expertise in Epic Cadence and Epic Referrals to support multiple high-priority healthcare initiatives for our
client. This role will focus on supporting critical integrations, workflow optimization, and new project launches that directly impact patient experience, operational
efficiency, and clinical workflows.
Required Certifications
- Epic Certified in Cadence (Mandatory)
- Epic Certified in Referrals (Mandatory)
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and resolve system-related issues to ensure Epic applications meet business and clinical needs.
- Support multiple ongoing and upcoming projects involving workflow optimization, integrations, and system enhancements.
- Analyze user requirements and improve existing workflows to increase operational efficiency.
- Work closely with business users, clinical teams, and technical teams to design and implement solutions.
- Plan and design new system solutions or enhance existing Epic modules.
- Perform system analysis, testing, troubleshooting, and ongoing support.
- Ensure technology solutions maximize value across people, processes, and systems.
Required Experience
- 5–10 years of experience working with Epic systems
- Strong hands-on experience with Epic Referrals, Cadence, Prelude, and Welcome
- Experience supporting integrations, workflow optimization, and system enhancements
- Healthcare domain experience is required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

The consultant will support several high-impact initiatives, including:
- SpinSci Integration (Screen Pop Support) – Improving call center efficiency and patient experience
- Exercise Oncology Project – Grant-funded initiative with strict timelines
- Decision Trees Implementation – Supporting multiple service lines
- Integrated Medicine Project – New workflows and visit types launching soon
- Ambry Integration – Supporting genetic testing workflows
- Outbound Automation – Workflow automation and patient communication improvements
