We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Consultant with hands-on experience implementing the . In this client-facing role, you will lead and support ServiceNow implementations for end customers across various industries, translating business requirements into technical solutions, and ensuring successful delivery of the platform capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work directly with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into ServiceNow solutions, focusing on SecOps and ITAM modules.
- Lead and contribute to end-to-end implementations of:
- ServiceNow SecOps: Vulnerability Response, Security Incident Response, Threat Intelligence.
- ServiceNow ITAM: Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Software Asset Management (SAM).
- Configure and customize workflows, UI policies, business rules, and integrations.
- Provide technical and strategic guidance on platform best practices, roadmap planning, and module adoption.
- Conduct workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution design meetings with stakeholders.
- Ensure proper documentation of architecture, design, configurations, and user guides.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, project managers, and client stakeholders.
- Support go-live activities, post-implementation reviews, and continuous improvement efforts.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of ServiceNow consulting experience, including at least 1 2 full lifecycle implementations of SecOps and ITAM modules.
- Strong understanding of security operations, IT asset lifecycle, compliance, and governance.
- Proficient in scripting (JavaScript, Glide), REST/SOAP integrations, and use of MID servers.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in SecOps and/or ITAM is highly preferred.
- ServiceNow System Administrator certification required.
- Familiarity with third-party integration tools such as Qualys, Tenable, SCCM, JAMF, or SNOW License Manager.
- Excellent communication, client engagement, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients or projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
- ITIL Foundation Certification.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Exposure to other ServiceNow modules (ITSM, IRM, CMDB, Discovery) is a plus.
