Job Summary:
(100% Remote for GA area only)
As an IT Solutions Consultant, you will be a team member on the KPIT GA Customer Facing team that provides solutions consulting, business relationship management, and technical leadership and support for the GA market. We liaison with executive stakeholders through all phases of the software delivery lifecycle while building strong relationships with IT and business enterprise shared services teams to deliver on time, on budget projects to the Georgia market.
The IT Solutions Consultant responsibilities include:
- Identifies and develops system requirements to include integration from various systems such as Kaiser Permanente managed, vendor managed, and third-party entity supported systems.
- Recommends and aligns Georgia strategy solutions with enterprise and market systems.
- Provides onsite customer relationship management with key IT, clinical, and health plan executives and leaders to
understand current processes, identify efficiencies, and value opportunities.
- Represents the market as a technical expert in enterprise solution analysis initiatives and projects.
- Technical leadership and support on core and investment implementation efforts,
- Works with enterprise shared services and local support team to facilitate customer service for applications (and others as assigned) during implementation and post-production support.
The Solution Consulting role can range across multiple business functions in Healthcare to include patient care delivery, medical imaging, membership, finance, analytics, pharmacy, lab, and many others. Ideal candidate will have experience with technical integrations and implementations, development, and support background. Diagnostic imaging and Epic EMR integrations experience a plus.
In addition to the responsibilities listed below, this position is responsible for providing support for customers (users), and assigned applications and/or information systems, including software implementation, integration, configuration, and testing. Additional responsibilities also include supporting solution design, researching how to help translate requirements into workable technical solutions, and supporting the evaluation of third-party vendors as directed.

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, CIS or related field and a Minimum of Six (6) years experience in IT consulting, business analysis, or a related field. Additional equivalent work experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5 years Healthcare experience
- 5 years Technical acumen gained through experiences such as software delivery, IT Project Management, Software/Systems Development, etc. 2-3 years Epic Systems experience such as implementation, integration, certification, etc.
- 3 years Business Relationship Management at senior leadership or executive level
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills which had a significant impact on the organization.
