About this Position:

Job Title: Linux/Unix System Engineer

REQUIRED SKILLS:

5+ years of experience with Linux/UNIX.
3+ years of experience with a highly regulated Health Care environment (HIPAA).
3+ years Scripting and Automation.
3+ years of experience working in a mixed Linux and Windows environment within a VMWare or other cloud based enterprise environment.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

RedHat based Linux.
SaltStack (or other configuration management software such as Ansible or Puppet).
GIT.
Splunk/Elasticsearch or similar Logging Technologies.
Software-Defined Networks.

REQUIRED EDUCATION:

High School Diploma and experience with enterprise linux system.

PREFERRED CERTIFICATIONS:

RHCT, RHCE, or similar Linux certifications.

Effective communication skills (written and oral).
