Position Summary
The Program Manager Blueprint Transformation will lead the IT delivery of TE s Blueprint program, a strategic business transformation focused on modernizing commercial capabilities, digital customer experience, and the technology platforms supporting TE s Sales & Marketing ecosystem. As part of the Project Management Excellence (PMX) organization, this role partners with business leaders, Digital COEs, Segment/BU CIOs, Enterprise Architecture, delivery teams, and strategic vendors to ensure successful planning, governance, execution, and delivery of the Blueprint roadmap. The Program Manager serves as the primary IT leader for Blueprint, aligning technology delivery with business priorities while managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and executive communications.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end IT delivery of the Blueprint program across multiple workstreams, teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
Develop and manage integrated program plans, including milestones, dependencies, financials, resource planning, and risk management.
Coordinate delivery across customer experience, CRM, commerce, CMS, marketing technology, PIM, CDP, CIAM, integration platforms, and related enterprise solutions.
Apply Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall methodologies while maintaining consistent governance, reporting, and delivery standards.
Partner with business leaders to translate strategic objectives into executable technology roadmaps and implementation plans.
Establish and lead program governance, including Steering Committees, executive reporting, RAID management, financial tracking, and decision logs.
Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture and technical leaders to align platform decisions with enterprise standards and business capabilities.
Build strong relationships with executives, CIOs, Digital COEs, and delivery organizations, serving as the primary IT point of contact for Blueprint governance.
Drive continuous improvement by standardizing project management practices, capturing lessons learned, and leveraging PMX governance standards.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
10+ years of program/project management experience delivering large-scale enterprise technology or digital transformation initiatives.
Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional programs with executive business and technology stakeholders.
Experience managing multiple vendors, delivery teams, budgets, and enterprise initiatives.
Technical & Functional Expertise
Experience with one or more of the following is preferred:
Digital transformation and customer experience platforms
CRM (Salesforce preferred)
Commerce, CMS, Marketing Automation, PIM, CDP, and CIAM platforms
Enterprise integration, cloud technologies, and architecture governance
Project management tools such as Planisware, Jira, Azure DevOps, or Microsoft Project

Preferred Qualifications
PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or SAFe certification; experience in global manufacturing; enterprise-wide digital transformation leadership; organizational change management; and executive-level presentation experience.
