End User Computing (EUC) Engineer- AI Tools Deployment - Manhattan, NY (Onsite)
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced End User Computing (EUC) Engineer with strong endpoint engineering and enterprise application deployment experience to support the rollout of AI tools such as Claude Desktop and similar platforms. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Windows/macOS device management, application packaging, Intune, SCCM, Jamf Pro, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and automation scripting.
This role will work closely with AI, security, and infrastructure teams to deploy, support, troubleshoot, and optimize enterprise AI tools at scale while ensuring security, compliance, and operational excellence.
Required Skills:
- 8+ years in EUC/Desktop Engineering/Endpoint Management
- Experience rolling out AI tools such as Claude Desktop or similar
- SCCM, Intune, Jamf Pro, MDT
- Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Autopilot
- PowerShell, Bash, or Python scripting
- Windows 10/11, macOS, AD, Group Policy, endpoint security
Nice to Have:
- Financial services industry experience
- Ubuntu, Munki, macOS enterprise management
- AI coding assistants or LLM tools exposure
- Microsoft/Jamf/ITIL certifications
