Azure DevOps Engineer CI/CD, Terraform & AKS - 68521
Pay Rate: $60 -$62/hr
We have an immediate need for an Azure DevOps Engineer for a hybrid opportunity in Redmond. This role is with a leading enterprise client and offers an excellent opportunity to work on large-scale cloud and DevOps transformation initiatives. Candidates should be comfortable working in a collaborative engineering environment and participating in virtual interviews. Candidates who can directly work on our payroll are encouraged to apply.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, automating, and supporting enterprise-grade CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure deployments. The role involves hands-on experience with Azure DevOps Pipelines, Repos, Artifacts, and Boards, along with developing reusable YAML pipeline templates for scalable deployment processes. The engineer will work extensively on Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and/or ARM/Bicep for provisioning and managing Azure cloud environments. The position also requires experience deploying and managing workloads on Kubernetes (AKS preferred), handling Docker image build and deployment processes, automating operational workflows through PowerShell or Bash scripting, and supporting monitoring, logging, troubleshooting, and production support activities. The candidate will collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and security teams to ensure reliable, secure, and scalable cloud delivery practices.
The ideal professional should possess strong expertise in Azure DevOps, CI/CD automation, Terraform, ARM/Bicep, Kubernetes, AKS, Docker, PowerShell, Bash scripting, cloud infrastructure automation, release engineering, RBAC, Key Vault, monitoring, logging, and production troubleshooting. Experience with Python scripting, reusable pipeline frameworks, Infrastructure as Code practices, and enterprise cloud deployments will be highly valued. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential for success in this role.
