Summary:
The Products & Industries Creative team at Company is seeking a talented and thought-provoking individual to join as a Contract Sr. Designer. The ideal candidate will have the ability to define and solve complex marketing problems through concept, design, and execution, with a focus on both digital and print media.

Responsibilities

Design creative campaigns, e-books, email materials, social campaigns, webpages, and presentations.
Create immersive experiences for world-class events, including Dreamforce.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop cohesive design themes for email campaigns and web updates.
Manage multiple projects for various clients, ensuring all deadlines are met within the contract period.
Develop and lead well-thought-out presentations that effectively communicate design solutions.
Direct external partners by working with vendors and freelancers, providing clear creative direction and feedback.

Qualifications

Advanced working knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
Working knowledge of AI workflows, specifically Google Gemini and Nano Banana.
Familiarity with After Effects is a big plus.
5+ years of experience in design, with a strong portfolio showcasing digital and print work.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $45.00 - $47.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, health savings accounts with qualified medical plan enrollment, 10 paid days off, 3 days paid bereavement leave, 401(k) plan participation with employer match, life and disability insurance, commuter benefits, dependent care flexible spending account, accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, accommodations and reimbursement for work travel, and discretionary performance or recognition bonus. Sick leave and mobile phone reimbursement provided based on state or local law.
