Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Java Developer with strong expertise in enterprise application development, modern cloud technologies, and Generative AI (GenAI) solutions. The ideal candidate should be a hands-on coding expert with extensive experience in Java-based backend development, modern front-end frameworks, microservices architecture, and AI-powered application development. Telecom industry experience is highly preferred.

Required Skills

Backend Development

• Strong expertise in Java 11/17+, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security
• Experience building scalable Microservices Architecture
• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and distributed systems
• Experience with Hibernate/JPA and ORM frameworks
• Hands-on experience in event-driven architecture using Kafka or RabbitMQ

Front-End Development

• Strong experience with Angular (preferred) or React
• Expertise in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3
• Experience developing responsive enterprise web applications
• Understanding of UI performance optimization and component-based design

Generative AI (Mandatory)

• Hands-on experience developing GenAI-powered applications
• Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Gemini, or similar LLM platforms
• Strong understanding of:
  • Prompt Engineering
  • Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
  • Vector Databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, FAISS)
  • AI Agents and Agentic Workflows
  • LangChain / LangGraph / Semantic Kernel
• Experience integrating LLMs into enterprise applications

Cloud & DevOps

• Experience with AWS or Azure Cloud
• Containerization using Docker and Kubernetes
• CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps
• Infrastructure and application monitoring tools

Database Technologies

• PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL
• NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Cassandra
• Strong SQL and performance tuning skills

• Experience with telecom data models and API integrations is a strong plus

Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise-grade full-stack applications using Java and Angular/React.
• Build highly scalable microservices and cloud-native solutions.
• Design and implement GenAI-powered capabilities for business applications.
• Integrate LLMs, RAG frameworks, and vector databases into enterprise workflows.
• Participate actively in architecture discussions and technical design sessions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and production-quality code.
• Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams.
• Troubleshoot and optimize application performance and scalability.
• Follow Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 8+ years of software development experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of strong hands-on coding experience in Java.
• Proven expertise in Full Stack Development.
• Strong GenAI implementation experience in enterprise environments.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to work onsite from the client's New Jersey office.
