We are looking for a Salesforce Developer for our client in Mason, OH

Job Title: Salesforce Developer

Job Location: Mason, OH

Job Type: Contract

Job Overview:

Pay Range: $53hr - $58hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
  • Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Triggers, and Salesforce Flows.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, platform capabilities, and best practices.
  • Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, OmniStudio, and Health Cloud.
  • Experience building and managing workflows, automation, and process orchestration.
  • Hands-on experience with OmniStudio tools including FlexCards, OmniScripts, and DataRaptors.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce security and data-sharing concepts including Profiles, Permission Sets, Groups, and Sharing Rules.
  • Experience creating and managing batch jobs and Queueable jobs.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Experience:

  • Experience developing customized Salesforce applications and enterprise integrations.
  • Experience with ETL processes and data synchronization between Salesforce and external systems.
  • Experience conducting code reviews and performance optimization.
  • Experience implementing Salesforce deployment and version control processes.
  • Experience working with Flosum or other version control and deployment tools.
  • Experience with automated deployment and CI/CD processes.
  • Experience creating technical documentation and solution design documents.
  • Experience collaborating within Agile development environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions and applications.
  • Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce pages.
  • Build and manage workflows, automation, and process orchestration using Salesforce Flow and Process Builder.
  • Create and manage batch jobs, Queueable jobs, and asynchronous processing solutions.
  • Utilize OmniStudio tools such as FlexCards, OmniScripts, and DataRaptors to build tailored solutions.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and optimize Salesforce platform performance.
  • Implement Salesforce development, deployment, and integration best practices.
  • Maintain technical documentation for Salesforce customizations, integrations, and workflows.
  • Ensure platform security and compliance using Salesforce security and sharing configurations.

Should Have:

  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II certification.
  • OmniStudio Developer certification.
  • JavaScript certification or strong front-end development expertise.
  • Experience with Health Cloud implementations.
  • Exposure to CI/CD and DevOps practices within Salesforce environments.
  • Experience with enterprise-scale Salesforce transformation initiatives.
