Location: San Jose, CA (Hybrid)

• This role focuses on hands-on design work, prototyping, and cross-functional collaboration to improve the end-to-end vehicle shopping journey. You will be challenged to balance creativity and usability, using advanced design and prototyping tools, while building strong partnerships with key stakeholders across disciplines. With a focus on craft and execution, you will create innovative and intuitive solutions, tackling complex challenges through product discovery and design thinking.

Responsibilities:

• You ll bring excellence in design craft and critical thinking to create cohesive, high-quality product experiences that delight users and drive business impact.
• Lead the design and execution of end-to-end product experiences from concept to polished ui balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, and business priorities.
• Apply advanced mastery of figma and prototyping tools to craft detailed interaction flows, component-level systems, and high-fidelity designs that raise the bar for quality and consistency.
• Partner closely with product, engineering, research, and content peers to explore opportunities, refine hypotheses, and deliver solutions that connect strategy to execution.
• Present and articulate design rationale through clear storytelling, connecting design decisions to measurable outcomes and product vision.
• Maintain well-documented, organized design systems and assets to support cross-team alignment and efficient handoffs.

Requirement:

• 6+ years of professional product design experience, ideally in ecommerce and/or vehicles.
• Advance mastery of Figma and prototyping tools, with a portfolio that demonstrates aimpactful contributions to product design and user experience across native and web platforms.
• Strong storytelling skills in presenting design thinking, rationale, and user journeys to team members and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners from content, research, product and engineering, integrating insights and narratives into end-to-end design solutions.
• Proficiency in workshop participation, user-centered research, and testing to inform design iterations.
