Description:
We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong experience in Supplemental Health Insurance projects (Accident, Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity). This role will drive Agile delivery while bridging business and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather and document business requirements; create user stories and acceptance criteria
Work closely with business and technical teams for system implementation and enhancements
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure sprint execution
Support backlog grooming and remove impediments
Assist with UAT, integrations, and stakeholder communication
Requirements:
Business Analyst experience in Insurance domain
Strong experience in Supplemental Health / Voluntary Benefits insurance
Scrum Master experience in Agile environments
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have:
Experience with accident, critical illness, or hospital indemnity products
Prior experience in insurance transformation programs
