Technical Project Manager

• Lead planning and implementation of technical projects, including defining scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors for successful project execution.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, tracking progress and making adjustments as needed.
• Manage project risks, issues, and changes to ensure timely delivery.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams, product owners, and business stakeholders.
• Ensure technical requirements are clearly understood and delivered by development teams.
• Monitor project performance and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies.

Requirement/Must Have:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, or Trello.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders.

Experience:

• Experience leading IT or software development projects.
• Experience in Agile environments using Scrum or Kanban.
• Experience managing project risks, issues, and changes.
• Experience creating and maintaining project plans.
