Job Description- Design and plan fiber infrastructure to support servers, networking systems, and storage across AI-driven Data Centers.
- Produce high-volume, highly accurate cable length calculations-often under aggressive design timelines-including mass-generation for multi-rack deployments and large-scale data halls.
- Manage, validate, and prioritize cable length generation for fast-moving client design cycles, bid schedules, and large-scale deployment timelines.
- Create technical blueprints, elevations, cut sheets, connectivity maps, and structured documentation for Data Center architectures.
- Ensure all infrastructure designs comply with applicable building codes, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Evaluate and plan infrastructure needs including power distribution, cooling, utilities, and physical placement of equipment.
- Conduct performance testing and system tuning to ensure optimal delivery and operational reliability of deployed solutions.
- Support customers in their AI Data Center journey, including workflow pipelines, orchestration, and performance optimization.
- Provide pre- and post-sales engineering support and work closely with Sales to define technical requirements and customer-aligned solutions.
- Deliver expertise in cluster/pod architecture, cable and patch panel design, cable management, integration, and installation practices.
- Collaborate with service partners to ensure seamless execution and customer success.
- Present technical solutions to diverse audiences, including senior leadership and C-suite executives.
- Understand solution trade-offs and advise enterprise customers on optimal architectures and execution strategies.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation throughout the design, deployment, and hand-off process.

The Successful Applicant- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in low-voltage cabling, structured cabling, or fiber infrastructure.
- Proven track record delivering large-scale Data Center infrastructure projects for hyperscale, cloud, or enterprise customers.
- Strong knowledge of BICSI, RCDD, and industry standards for structured cabling and fiber systems.
- Extensive experience using CAD/Bluebeam (or equivalent), elevations, cut sheets, and connectivity documentation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence technical and executive audiences.
- Highly organized with strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to meet demanding project timelines.
- Ability to work independently within remote, distributed teams.
- Strong leadership, task-prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Customer-first mindset with strong pre- and post-sales support acumen.
- Ability to understand complex infrastructure, workflows, and emerging AI-centric Data Center technologies.
- Willingness to travel up to 40%.
- AI application experience is a plus.
