NetSuite Finance & Accounting Consultant 

Location: East Coast Preferred
Duration: 6–9 Month Contract (3-Month Increments)

About the Opportunity

We are partnering with a multi-brand organization undergoing a significant NetSuite expansion and transformation initiative. Currently, 8 of 18 brands are live on NetSuite, with 5 additional brands launching in the coming weeks. This is a critical time to support finance and accounting teams through system adoption, process optimization, and organizational change.

This role requires a licensed CPA with deep NetSuite expertise who can bridge the gap between system functionality and accounting operations. The consultant will play a key role in driving change across the organization while partnering closely with executive leadership.

This position offers high visibility, including recurring meetings with the CEO and direct collaboration with the Chief Accounting Officer.

Responsibilities

• Assess and optimize the current NetSuite (OneWorld) environment

• Translate NetSuite functionality into accounting best practices

• Partner with finance and accounting stakeholders across multiple brands

• Lead training sessions and drive user adoption initiatives

• Support onboarding of additional brands onto NetSuite

• Create and manage saved searches within NetSuite

• Present updates and insights in executive-level meetings

• Serve as a consultative partner to the Chief Accounting Officer

Required Qualifications

• Active CPA license (required)

• Deep NetSuite experience (OneWorld required)

• Strong background in Finance and Accounting

• Experience with Inventory Management in NetSuite

• Advanced Excel skills

• Ability to independently write and manage saved searches

• Proven change management experience

• Executive presence with strong consultative communication skills

Preferred Background

• Former internal corporate accountant with hands-on NetSuite experience

• Finance transformation consultant supporting accounting organizations
