Job Description
We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Project Manager to lead and coordinate Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical project management, AI/ML project delivery, stakeholder management, and cross-functional team coordination.
This role requires a strategic and hands-on project manager who can manage complex technology initiatives, align business and technical teams, and drive AI/ML projects from planning through successful implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of AI/ML projects.
Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and deliverables.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including AI/ML engineers, data scientists, data engineers, and business stakeholders.
Track project progress, dependencies, risks, issues, and mitigation strategies.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
Facilitate stakeholder meetings, project reviews, status updates, and executive reporting.
Manage Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog prioritization.
Coordinate AI/ML model development, testing, deployment, and implementation activities.
Identify project bottlenecks and proactively drive solutions.
Communicate project updates and escalate risks to leadership when necessary.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in Project Management or Technical Project Management.
Demonstrated experience managing AI/ML, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Data Science initiatives.
Strong understanding of AI/ML project lifecycle and technical delivery processes.
Experience managing cross-functional technical teams.
Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or MS Project.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, or AI-driven transformation initiatives.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Experience with enterprise technology, data engineering, or analytics projects.
PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certifications.
