Position: Workday Prism Analyst Consultant
Duration: 12+ months – contract
Location: Cincinnati, OH (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

JOB DESCRIPTION

SKILLS NEEDED : Workday Prism

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement end to end Prism Analytics solutions.

• Integrate Workday and non Workday data sources for advanced analytics.

• Translate business requirements into scalable analytics designs.

• Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and governance standards.

• Enable self service reporting and mentor P2 resources.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in Workday Prism, calculated fields, and composite reporting.

• Experience working with HR, Finance, or Talent analytics use cases.

Ability to independently manage reporting enhancements and releases
