Warehouse/Logistics Coordinator: Maynard, MA (5 Days Per Week Onsite)
Full time Production Planner and logistics support position working in fast-paced environment with a rapidly growing next generation telecom hardware provider. Requires someone who can perform multiple job functions in a startup environment with minimal supervision. These responsibilities include Production Control, Inventory management for remote contract manufacturing facilities, Direct Order Fulfillment model, worldwide logistics support, experience with international shipping paperwork.
Logistics Coordinator Requirements:

• 1 year + of warehouse/distribution experience
• Shipping/receiving experience
• Basic Excel and math experience
• Physical requirements
  • Ability to lift 15-20 pounds
  • long amounts of sitting
  • bending, lifting and reaching
• Oracle Cloud or SAP Experience
  • Creating and updating purchase orders
    Receiving inventory into the system
    Issuing material to manufacturing
    Tracking inventory levels across remote contract manufacturers
    Managing ship confirmations and delivery status
    Reconciling what physically shipped vs what the system says shipped
    Supporting direct order fulfillment (ship-to-customer model)
• Good communication, takes initiative, positive attitude

Plus Skills:

• International shipping experience
• Oracle Cloud
• Experience with large carriers such as UPS/FedEx
• Inventory experience
